With Friends 24-hour banking service, you can access your accounts 7 days a week, 24 hours a day at no charge.

Services include inquires on Friends accounts, transfer from one internal account to another, including loan payments, access a transaction history of your account and have a copy of the history faxed instantly to you, providing you have a fax machine.

*Accounts requiring multiple signatures for withdrawals cannot use the transfer capability of Friends 24-hour banking system.

Transfers made before 5:30 pm Monday thru Thursday and before 6 pm on Friday will be considered to be the day of your transfer. If you make a transfer after the stated times, we will consider that the transfer was made on the next business day.

To access Friends Bank telephone banking options call (386)-426-1868 and follow the prompts.

• Press 1 if you are using a touch-tone phone.
• Press 1 again for account information
• Next choose the type of account you want to access from the options given
• Enter account number and press # sign
• Enter your PIN* and press # sign

* The first time you call, you will be required to change your personal identification number (PIN). Your original PIN is the last 4 digits of the primary account holder’s social security number.
