Safe Deposit Boxes

Debit Cards

Friends Bank offers a consumer and business Debit Card that gives you a convenient way to get cash or make purchases without writing a check. There is no fee from Friends Bank when you use your Debit Card to make a purchase. When you use a Friends Bank ATM machine there is no charge for your transactions. If you use an offsite ATM machine you will be charged a $1.25 foreign ATM charge. Replacement Debit Card: $5.00

To report a lost or stolen debit card when the bank is not open for business, call 1-800-500-1044.

Credit Cards

Friends Bank credit cards, both Visa and MasterCard are issued and serviced by BancVue.

Direct Deposit

Direct Deposit is available at no charge for your convenience.

Night Deposits

Our night depository is available 24/7 and is located against the building in the drive-in lane at all branches. Deposits are removed at 7:30 am each business day. Deposit made after 7:30 am will be credited the next business day following the day of deposit.

Money Orders

We offer money orders for amounts up to $1000 per order. There is a $3.00 fee for customers and a $10.00 fee for non-customers for each money order.

Savings Bonds

You can redeem savings bonds at our teller line with proper identification.

Telephone Banking

Call Friends Bank 24-hour banking service to access your accounts 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, at no charge.

Services include inquiries on deposit and loan accounts, transfer funds from an internal deposit account to another internal deposit or loan account and access to transaction history of your account.

Accounts requiring mulitple signatures for withdrawal will be blocked from accessing the transfer feature of the 24-hour banking service.

The first time you call, you will be required to change your personal identification number (PIN). Your initial PIN that has to be changed will be the last four digits of the primary account holder's tax identification number.
