Online Banking will be unavailable from 2 p.m. July 10th until 11 a.m. on July 12th. If you have a scheduled or recurring transfer set-up in Online (OLB) Banking it will not convert to the new system. Please ensure your transfers are scheduled to process prior to July 10th. Recurring transfers in OLB will have to be reestablished on or after Wednesday, July 12, 2017. When OLB becomes available on Wednesday, July 12, access OLB through the Banks website at www.friendsbank.com, click on the Online Banking tab and enter your existing credentials within the appropriate fields. You will be prompted to create a new password. Your accounts will be converted to the new system, including nicknames on accounts. If you are unable to view all of your accounts in the same manner as before the conversion, please contact us at (NSB:386-428-2299 or Edgewater:386-424-9669 or Ormond Beach:386-671-9409) and speak to a customer service representative.
